Are
you a currently employed Australian adult?
Are you curious about your preferences for certain values, and not others?
Have you ever wondered how your values influence your job?
Would you like to get feedback on your preferences for different types of
values and workplace practices, by participating in an Australia-wide study
examining these areas?
Know my Values is a study being conducted by Brody Heritage, a Doctoral student at Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia. If you are an adult Australian who is currently employed, it would be very helpful if you could provide some general information regarding your values and your workplace's culture and practices! There is also the opportunity to win one of several Amazon.com $50 gift vouchers as a gift for your participation in the study. There are two studies that you can choose to complete (and you can do both if you want to!):
Know
my Values - Revised Edition
The Know my Values questionnaire looks at your preferences for particular
values, and how well these values match different aspects of your job and workplace.
After you complete the questionnaire, you will received some tailored feedback
about your preferences for particular types of values. The questionnaire will
also provide you with feedback about the type of workplace practices you prefer.
All entrants for this questionnaire are eligible to enter the Amazon.com voucher
draw, which becomes available upon completion of the questionnaire. To

The
Values Similarity Index
The Values Similarity Index is a special questionnaire that asks you
to figure out how unalike a pair of values are. The questionnaire is quite straightforward
in this sense, as you will only be asked to compare sets of values based on
how unalike they are. Just like the Know my Values questionnaire, anyone
completing this questionnaire will be eligible to enter the Amazon.com voucher
draw, which will become available upon completing the questionnaire. To
start the questionnaire click here.
Prizes awarded
This section will be updated as the vouchers are drawn throughout the study's
lifespan. While no details of the winners can be presented here for privacy
reasons, this area will serve as an indicator of how many vouchers have been
awarded so far.
